This update introduces many improvements and some new features of which the main ones are listed below.
New features
- 'Paste Document as Duplicate' option
- Option to enforce keeping the Revision & Next Review Date for minor revisions.
- Ability to set/override the revision date when revising with an external document.
- Ability to change a document revision number for any document that has no revision history up until it is approved.
- Ability to bulk subscribe documents to an email address as well as to User Groups and not just individual emails.
- Additional Document Portal configuration options under Application Options --> Publishing.
- Copy document hyperlink from multiple documents simultaneously.
- Choose default document hyperlink action: view or download.
- Automatically mark a document for public publishing when copying a document hyperlink.
- Allow viewing of expired documents from hyperlinks instead of showing expiration notice.
- Include track-changes when exporting an unapproved word document.
- Password protected Word, Excel and PowerPoint files can now be imported and will be processed correctly.
- Built-in CAD drawings viewer.
- New Report: 'Framework Mapping' report - document to framework mapping matrix.
- From now on when installing an update on the server all workstations will automatically be updated without requiring elevated permissions.

This update introduces many improvements and some new features of which the main ones are listed below.

- Review a document that does not require content revision.
- All document reports can now be filtered by date range and/or user.

- The Document Portal has been redesigned from the ground up, with a big speed improvement as well as support for custom SSL certificates to encrypt and secure traffic.

- Framework Editor: New option: 'Hide Documents & Show Item Overview' - Makes a framework item display a full HTML page instead of document links for items that do not require document links but are needed to provide important information
- Summary Pack report updated to cater for multi sub-framework setups
- When revising a document you can now choose a different format when using an external file

- Under 'Manage Users' could not convert a PowerPro user to a shared PowerPro/NovaCore user
- When importing a PDF file its Status was set to 'Newly Imported' but because PDF files cannot be edited there was no way of marking the document as 'Waiting Approval'. PDF files are now imported with 'Waiting Approval' set by default
- If a document had a Review Date set and the Review Interval was changed to 'None' the Review Date would not clear
- When approving a document that had Review Interval set to 'None' the Review Interval would reset to 'Default' and a new Review Date was set
- After copying a document from a framework into a DMS folder it was impossible to delete the Document Link in the folder
- Various minor tweaks and bug fixes

- Framework items/clauses can now include a custom icon, colour and font style. Items/clauses can be assigned a group/classification name to identify them as requiring special or different attention
- Ability to convert an existing document into a template
- Ability to install Framework Packages containing complete framework definitions documents and document mappings. Packages can update an already installed framework to add documents or refresh content.

- Private FTP and Folder Publishing of Excel documents marked as "Publish as original" would always publish them as PDF
- If a document, marked to be published, had as its primary location a framework and one or more copies were located in DMS folders then it would only be published to the framework destination folder and not to the DMS folder destinations.
